So after all of that excitement meeting Emeril and hitting the wine fest last week, this weekend I think I'm staying out of the kitchen. I need to relax and recharge my battery. Besides, I still have a ton of leftover etouffe from last week's recipe.But I'll be ready to get back on my international expedition next weekend, so stay tuned ... Much excitement lies ahead of me.
